Driver training plays a crucial role in enhancing road safety. Through various driving courses, the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve is dedicated to improving drivers' ability to handle the diverse situations they may face on the road every day.
Presentation of all the staff and brief explanation of the programme, theoretical and technical aspects, in particular the specifications of the exercises and the rules of procedure for leaving and entering the track.
Local: Racing School
Simulation of an emergency swerve at different speeds, helping to improve vehicle control in everyday situations. The exercise includes two passes at different speeds.
Local: Drift Pad
The aim is to complete the circuit without touching the cones, facing areas of low grip that simulate extreme conditions. The exercise includes a reconnaissance lap and a timed lap, helping to improve reflexes, agility and vehicle control.
Local: Track w/Cones
The exercise challenges the participant to demonstrate vehicle control, mastering skidding on circular trajectories. The aim is to improve the car's control when there is a loss of grip.
Local: Drift Pad
Exercise on the track to deepen your knowledge of the track and its ideal trajectories.
The first lap will be done alongside the instructor, then 4 laps behind the wheel, always under the instructor's supervision.
Local: Pista (Track)
The participant will do 4 laps of the circuit, always under the instructor's supervision and in a different car to the first exercise.

When arriving at Autódromo Internacional do Algarve, we will be welcoming you at the Info Point, in the main building. From there, you will be escorted to the right facility. We advise you to arrive at least 30 minutes before the driving experience’s beginning.
All driving experiences which appear on the website are subject to availability.
All drivers must be aged at least 18 and without any medical condition which may affect their ability to drive the car/motorcycle. A valid driving licence must be presented before any driving experience.
Any use of a mobile phone, camera or pda is not allowed during the driving experience. We can provide photographic or video coverage of your experience allowing you to be completely focused on it.
A driving experience can be canceled within 2 days, from the day on which you acquire it.
