This course is a certified training that classifies participants at 5 levels and applies a unique assessment method of 6 key criteria in driving sports:

• Posture
• Trajectory
• Brake
• Acceleration
• Technology
• Time for Turn

The evaluation’s goal is to assess the knowledge acquired and the developed capacities of the participants, as well as the measurement of the degree of fulfillment in each level.

Briefing / Theory
Presentation of all the staff and brief explanation about the program, theoretical aspects, technical specifications, including the specifications of the exercises and rules and output and runway input.

Theoretical Class
Theoretical training related to the main characteristics of the circuit, its trajectories, the importance of cones’ positioning and curve-to-curve changes. Question and answers.

Session 1 Trajectory Monitor
Departure to the lane in a moderate pace, always with a monitor in front of the group. The purpose of the exercise is to practice the ideal trajectories, with the help of the positioning of the cones and collect all the reference points of the circuit. In each passage through the goal line, the trainee that is closest to the instructor deviate to the right, thus allowing overtaking of the whole group, assuming the last position.

Session 2 Pit Bike Session / Posture
Exercise performed in the Paddock in low speed with a Pit Bike, that will allow to gain confidence in the approach to the curve and improve posture, given its short distance to the ground.

Session 3 Posture Monitor
Departure to the lane in a moderate pace, always with a monitor in front of the group. The goal is to train the correct posture on the bike at the moment of acceleration and braking. At each passage through the goal line, the trainee that is the nearest from the instructor will deviate to the right, thus allowing the overtaking of the whole group.
